How to restore a TD Snap user on iOS
Note: Some images may not be representative of the current software as the software has changed and improved through the years.
On iOS, user backup files that were created on a different device must first be moved into the TD Snap app
through iTunes:
1. Open iTunes on your PC.
2. Connect your iPad to your computer using the USB cable that came with your device.
3. Select your device in iTunes.
4. In the left sidebar, select Apps. Then, scroll to the File Sharing section at the bottom of the page.
5. Select Snap Core First.
6. Drag the user backup file(s) from your Windows computer into the TD Snap Documents area.
Follow the steps below to restore the user on your iPad.
1. Select the Edit button.
2. Select the User tab.
3. Select the arrow to the right of the current user.
4. Select New User.
5. Select Existing User.
6. Select a user backup file from the list, then select Restore User.
Note: If you need assistance backing up a user on an Indi device, here are those steps.
1. Select the Edit button.
2. Select the User tab.
3. Select the arrow to the right of the current user.
4. Select the Backup button beside the name of the user you would like to back up.
5. Browse to the directory (or flash drive) where you will save the backup file, then choose Select Folder.
6. Select Backup.
