The software is trying to update LEO's device for improved sound quality during file transfer. This message will appear if:
- LEO is not connected to your computer. Connect LEO and restart this updater (see below).
- The driver has not been properly installed. Follow the steps in the Driver Install By Hand.pdf located in the Documents folder, then restart this updater (see below).
- The LEO software application is running. Quit the LEO application by choosing Exitfrom the File menu. Then restart the updater (see below).
To restart this updater, navigate to the Utilities
folder on the LEO Software CD. Double-click the program named LEO EEPROM.exe
to run it.
