MasterPage Version 2.5, Grid layout, level 2, Topic Words not selectable on several Topics

Select the topic from the MasterPage
Select the button in the upper right corner and chose Settings
Select Editor
Select the area of the tabs with the buttons.
Select the layout from the tool bar across the top.
Chose arrange
Chose Send to Back. The Topic Words button will appear on top of the fourth tab.
Select Exit
Select Yes
Verify the Topics Words button opens.

This will have to be done on all topic pages that are not working.
