This may occur for one of the following reasons. Check these conditions and make the necessary corrections.
1. Make sure that the card is fully inserted and that it has a Card ID label properly applied in the bottom left corner on the back of the card.
2. Make sure that the grid is installed properly and flush with the front of the unit.
3. Check the position of the clear card protector that covers L*E*O's membrane. If it has slipped out of place, it may cause L*E*O to incorrectly recognize the card and grid in place.
