The Welcome Guide restart can get blocked by programs not shutting down

When the I-Series+ Welcome Guide is run for the first time it needs to reboot the device. Sometimes there can be a program running in the background that prevents the device from rebooting. It is possible to click "Restart anyway" or wait until it times out and returns to the desktop. Then restart the device manually.
