What operating systems work with the PCEye?

The PCEye software and all it's features are tested to work with Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 7 or Windows Vista. Both 32 and 64 bit systems are supported.

Since Microsoft ended Support for Windows XP, we no longer test and release our software for Windows XP. It is possible with some limitations to install the PCEye generation 1 (serial number starting with IS-PC) on Windows XP. You might experience some incompatibilities with different 3rd party software such as browsers or problems while installing the product drivers. The latest version of our eyetracking software called Tobii Gaze Interaction Software requires Windows Vista or newer. You can try to install an old version of Tobii Eye Control Suite if you want to use the first generation of PCEye on Windows XP. Because of the aforementioned reasons, we do however recommend to update your operating system instead. TobiiDynavox cannot offer support for Windows XP related problems.
