Why Is Communicator 5 No Longer Showing Any Acapela Voices Present?
Either upon initial receipt and use of the device - or - after a period of time after the Acapela voices were there and are now no longer preset. To restore the Acapela voices, please do the following:
- Exit Communicator 5 completely.
- From the Windows Start Menu, select the Windows Settings Gear.
- Select Apps.
- Select US English Voices for Tobii Communicator.
- Select Modify.
- Select Next.
- Select Repair.
- Select Next.
- Select Install.
- Select Finish.
- Launch Communicator 5.
- Check for the presence of the Acapela voices as per normal.
