1.1 The licensor hereby grants the license a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use in TD snap in the specified classroom setting.
2.1 The classroom license is intended for use solely within the designated educational institution.
2.2 The Licensee is granted to support students in the classroom and expose them to AAC as a supplementary educational tool.
3.1 The Licensee is not to be allocated on an individual basis to students as their primary or sole communication solution.
3.2 Any attempt to assign or allocate licenses to individual students for personal use is strictly prohibited and would be considered a breach of this agreement.
3.3 Breach of this agreement may result in the cancellation of the program for the school.
4.1 The Licensee is responsible for ensuring that the AAC program is used in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement.
4.2 The Licensee shall take appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access, use, or distribution of the program.
5.1 The licensor reserves the right to terminate this license agreement immediately if there is a breach of any terms outlined herein.
5.2 Upon termination, the licensee shall cease all use of the AAC program and return or destroy all copies of the program.
6.1 The licensor reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this agreement with prior notice to the licensee.
6.2 Continued use of the program after receiving notice of modifications constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
7.1 TD Snap and all related intellectual property rights are owned by the licensor.
7.2 The licensee acknowledges and agrees that no ownership or rights to the program are transferred under this agreement.
8.1 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the licensor and the licensee and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written.
By accepting and using the classroom license for TD Snap, the licensee acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the immediate termination of the license.
