How do I properly shut down the I-13 and I-16 devices ?

The device should be shut down using one of the following ways: 1. Use the start menu in Windows (recommended when possible). 2. By pressing the power button. 3. Through the communication software installed on the device.
Please note: if you are unable to shut the device down using any of the above, you can hold the power button on the top edge of the device down for seven seconds. The device will consequently shut down immediately, without waiting for open applications to close.
This is not considered a "clean" Windows shut down and is thus not recommended unless completely necessary.
