How to Update C-Series devices if Tobii Communicator version 4.7.3 is already installed.

1. Close all software that may be opened on the device and make sure all Window Updates have been installed before updating the C-Series device.
2. Select the Windows (Start) button and choose All Programs
3. Select Tobii | C-Series Update Notifier | C-Series Update Notifier
4. The first time C-Series Update Notifier is run, you will see at least one new item listed named C-Series Update Notifier and it will be version 1.0.5.380. Select Download.
5. When it finishes downloading, select Install. Select Done when C-Series Update Notifier 1.0.5 finished installing.
6. Follow steps 2 and 3 again to run the C-Series Update Notifier again.
7. The second time C-Series Update Notifier is run, the user will be asked to install .Net4 from Microsofts website. You can click on the link in the message and follow the instructions on the Internet to download .Net4 Full Version.
8. After .Net4 is installed, there will be new Windows Updates to install. Install the Windows Updates before proceeding.
9. Follow steps 2 and 3 again to run the C-Series Update Notifier again.
10. The third time C-Series Update Notifier is run, you will see Update Notifier 1.1.0, C-Series Hardware Options 1.6.0, C-Series Welcome Guide 1.1.0, Tobii Support Session 7.0, and if they have a C-Eye it may install the Gaze Evaluator 1.1.0. Select Download.
11. When they finish downloading, select Install. Select Done when they are finished installing.
12. Reboot the device.
13. When the device boots back up, wait for the C-Series Welcome Guide to start up. Follow the instructions through the Welcome Guide.
14. If the device includes a C-Eye you will need to run C-Series Update Notifier one more time. Follow steps 2 and 3 again to run the C-Series Update Notifier.
15. The fourth time C-Series Update Notifier is run, you will see Tobii Eye Control Options 2.0.0. Select Download.
16. When it finishes downloading, select Install. Select Done when Tobii Eye Control Options 2.0.0 finished installing.
17. Now you are done updating the C-Series device.
