Is there a free version of the TD Snap Windows app available for editing, sharing, and syncing?
Yes, the editing version of the TD Snap Windows app is available for free. It does not include speech output, Gateway, PODD, or Metacom but can be used with a companion or complimentary token to enable speech and/or 3rd party content at no additional cost, if signed in to a myTobiiDynavox account that has a token associated.
Are trials available for the TD Snap Windows app?
Yes, trials are available for speech, PODD, and Gateway. Customers can choose to trial one or more product offerings, concurrently or at separate times. Trials are initiated on mytobiidynavox.com. Customers must log in to TD Snap with their myTobiiDynavox account after starting the trial to activate functionality.
How can I purchase speech output for the TD Snap Windows app?
Speech output can be purchased through Tobii Dynavox CSS/Order Management at 1-800-344-1778 or css@tobiidynavox.com. Once redeemed, a speaking token is added to the customer’s myTobiiDynavox account. The customer can then log into their myTobiiDynavox account via the app to claim their token and activate speech.
