Where can I find downloadable material such as training etc.?

You can easily access such sources from within Communicator 5. Right-click on the page in Communicator to open the Quick-Access Menu. Select Help and Training. From there you can access our Support & Downloads page, you can open the Users Manual (PDF) and go to our website where you can find Training and Video Tutorials.
