Why is word prediction guessing words from another language?

Word prediction in Communicator and Windows Control is provided by SwiftKey.  SwiftKey is multilingual and therefore if the user has ever used the keyboard for a different language SwiftKey will remember and may predict a word regardless of what language the user is currently typing in.
