Can I Access the Knowledge Base Directly Through the Software?

1. Select the Settings button in the Toolbar.

Note: If the Toolbar is hidden, first select the Modify Button at the top right corner of the screen. kA1G000000094SrKAI_en_US_1_1 Then select Settings on the dialog that opens.

2. Select Help from the Settings menu.

3. Select Launch Browser next to Knowledge Base.
