I need help scrolling up and down in Windows Control

You can scroll through documents by using the mouse menu.

1. Look off the left side of the screen to bring up the mouse menu.
2. Choose the scroll button (just above the back button in the mouse menu).
3. Dwell at the desired area and a large up and down arrow will appear.
4. Look at the up or down arrow to scroll through the page.
