What Function Does the Editor Button on the Keyboard Perform?

The editor button provides very basic word processing functions for use when typing out longer sentences or paragraphs.

For example, it allows for spell check if you do not have that setting always turned on. It allows you to copy/paste words or sentences and offers save features for longer phrases or paragraphs.
