Why isn't my Comcast email working in Communicator 5?

Beginning on April 17, 2023, Comcast has discontinued the ability to connect through TLS 1.1 and lower.  Communicator 5's email connects through TLS 1.1 so after this date Communicator will not be able to handle Comcast email.
If there are future updates on this issue, this support article will be updated.
