How will this affect you as a Tobii Dynavox AAC device user affected above?
It means that Tobii Dynavox, in the case of a repair, will have to install Windows 10 Pro with the image we have access to. It could also mean that future updates to Tobii Dynavox software such as Communicator might require software updates that are no longer available for Windows 10 Pro. Tobii Dynavox will only be able to run limited test for Windows 10 Pro compatibility for future Tobii Dynavox updates.

Can't a user just update a Tobii Dynavox AAC Device effected above to Windows 11?
The devices have been tested and certified to run with Windows 10 Pro. The hardware is not compatible with Windows 11.  Tobii Dynavox does not offer support for installing different operating systems and in the case of a repair, we have to redeploy all units to Windows 10 Pro that were originally shipped with Windows 10 Pro.  We cannot support any problems related to a possible update.
